Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using BoltKit (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BoltKit is operated by SVE, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). Questions can be directed to hello@boltkit.co.uk.

2. Description of the service

BoltKit is an AI-powered content scheduling platform that allows you to create, schedule, and automatically publish posts to connected social media accounts including Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By using BoltKit, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@boltkit.co.uk.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Connected social accounts

To use BoltKit's publishing features, you must connect your Facebook Page and/or Instagram Business account via Facebook Login. By doing so:

  • You authorise BoltKit to publish content to those accounts on your behalf according to the schedule you set.
  • You confirm that you own or have the legal right to manage those accounts and publish the content.
  • You agree that your use of connected platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms of service.

You can disconnect your accounts at any time from within the BoltKit settings. Upon disconnection, we immediately delete your stored access tokens.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BoltKit to:

  • Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violates any third-party rights.
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected platform (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. Content ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or schedule through BoltKit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

We do not claim any ownership rights over your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating BoltKit on your behalf.

8. Subscription and payments

BoltKit is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing plans are displayed on our website. All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep BoltKit available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any publishing failures caused by third-party API outages (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of BoltKit.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SVE, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within BoltKit settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these terms.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will delete your stored tokens and post data within 30 days.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
